Harmonicare Support is a Maryborough-based provider of support coordination and community based supports. We work with NDIS participants and their families across the Fraser Coast and surrounding areas to make the most of their plans, connect with the right services and build confidence in everyday life.

Our community based supports are flexible, practical and tailored, helping people get out, take part and develop skills that matter to them.
